  • Core Tasks, Responsibilities and Authority:
  •  Target Market Analysis
  • - Analyse internal & external data available and estimate market dynamic and competitor actions
  • - Read and forecast customers insight of brand choice as analysing prescription trend and perception change
  •  Establish strategy and set goals
  • - Segment and prioritize the customer group according to potential and adoption ladder
  • - Allocate the goal to each account based on potential, risk and opportunity
  • - Establish the strategy of sales team in charge in line with business direction and brand strategy
  • - Review action plan of each and give the feedback to be able to achieve the sales target of each oncology specialist
  •  Budget allocation and management
  • - Budget planning based on prioritization and strategy
  • - Monitoring and effectiveness review of budget consumption progress
  • - Reallocate of budget after reviewing of effectiveness of budget investment
  •  Customer management
  • - Review and coaching Oncology Specialist on call planning
  • - Direct management KOL periodically
  • - Estimate hidden risk and manage proactively as monitoring relationship of customers with Oncology Specialist
  • - Support Oncology Specialist to monitor and analyse customer unmet medical needs and leverage point
  • - Manage all accounts having our products to be able to keep the code of drug as collaborating with KAM
  •  Performance Monitoring and Management
  • - Estimate sales performance according to Oncology Specialist’s analysis of risk and opportunity of territory
  • - Seek and analyse reason of below or above the target in each account or territory
  • - Find out the relationship of the sales result and call investment (call coverage /volume/quality) and discuss the solution how to improve sales result
  • - Evaluate and feedback for growth on KPI achievement and competency improvement
  •  Coaching
  • - Check-up and give feedback positively for upgrade of sales skill
  • - Support Oncology Specialist to collect and well analysing various data
  • - Monitor and coach Oncology Specialist as reviewing presentation exercise and role play
  • - Motivate Oncology Specialist to focus and develop Astellas 7competency
  • - Support a career development of subordinate for growth
지원자격
  • • over 7-8 years of total pharmaceutical experience (including sales).
  • • Medical Representative (MR) and DSM having experience of sales with Oncology Products or related Products being prescribed by Oncologist
  • Required
  • • Basic Knowledge of Medical & Pharmaceutics
  • • high-intermediate English communication skill
  • • Knowledge regarding pharma law, price of medicine, medical insurance and health care policies
  • • Knowledge and understanding of fair racing enforcement
  • • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical marketing
  • • Knowledge of reimbursement system and scheme of oncology products
  • • Understanding of Area Management
  • • Effective communication and negotiation skill
  • • Skills to build up and maintain a strong relationship with customers
  • • Skill to monitor progress of strategy and performance
  • • Skills to analyse target market and evaluate various data
  • • Skill to approach scientifically utilizing disease case and medical knowledge
  • • Skill to coach and develop people for better growing up
  • Preferred
  • • Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge of oncology products and related diseases
  • • Skills to utilize Astellas/AKR Sales Tools properly
