• Lead operational effts to drive annual longer-term ce medical planning, ution of Medical Affairs (MA) activities deliverables. This individual will strongly contribute to the establishment of an operational framewk/ infrastructure to ensure adequate oversight of the ution of MA activities including CMP tactics, Grants, Investigat Sponsed Research, Field Medical Operations, Collabative Research (as appropriate). Provide both communication tools management tools that meet the needs of the MA function the stakeholders. Ensure efficient collabation between Regional the Affiliate Medical Affairs.

• - BSC MSc
• - Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a science/medical based function, with a minimum 3 years MA experience
• Strong knowledge of governance processes quality stards, local laws guidelines
• - Strong analytical problem solving skills, project management, planning, priitization ganization skills with excellent interpersonal skills, communication, writing presentation skills
• - Previous budget management experience
• - Matrix navigation expertise
• - Wking knowledge of Astellas key products/disease states across all TAs
• - Fluency in local language proficient in written spoken business English is essential.
